Field study 5

- Sunny, little clouds, a little bit of a small breeze
- 43 Degrees F
- Sunrise 7:45 AM, Sunset 5:16 PM (9 hours 31 mins)
- Little noise today. Usually there are lots of bugs buzzing or birds chirping, but not today. only heard the leaves/branches swaying in the slight breeze. No fish jumping either.
- The pond's water level is slowly going down. There is are more sand bars visible now, and the leaves on the trees are all either gone or dark orange/brown.
-I wonder why the water level goes down during the late fall/winter time.

  - Sept 2, 6:00 PM - Sunny - 74 degrees F - 13 hours and 6 minutes (7:11-8:17) from sunrise to sunset - I heard birds chirping, and bugs flying. I also heard birds flying overhead along with a rustle in the trees from the wind. - no changes from last visit since it is my first one. - I wonder why the algae is forming on top of the water like that in the background?

  - Oct 27 4:05 PM - Very sunny, no clouds, minimal wind - 55 degrees F - 8:12 AM - 6:43 PM (10 hours 31 mins) - no more fish jumping, birds were chirping still a little bit but not many, not as many bugs, it was almost silent. - There is more of a sand bar in the pond that is visible, more trees are turning colors, shrubs and little plants are losing color -  I am in awe of the trees changing color, and how as the pond level lowers more and more of a sand bar visible

  - Oct 13 2025 3:21 PM - Sunny with a little clouds, a little windy - 69 degrees F - Sunrise at 7:55 AM; Sunset 7:04 PM (11 hours and 9 minutes) - Fish Jumping; Birds chirping; Bugs buzzing; dogs from dog walkers barking; mosquito landed on me; saw a squirrel while walking to my location - There is a sand bar visible in the middle of the pond now, more leaves on the ground than last time, less vegetation in general, not as vibrant or green
